Our Story
WeRecruitAI was founded with a simple observation: the AI talent market was being served by generalist recruiters who didn't understand the roles, the technology, or the people. Clients were getting poor shortlists. Candidates were being misrepresented. Everyone was losing.
We built something different. A recruitment business with a single focus — AI and machine learning — and the depth of knowledge to do it properly. We understand the difference between an AI Engineer and an ML Engineer. We know what good looks like for a Prompt Engineer. We can benchmark salaries across three regions in real time.

How We Work
We will never be a generalist recruiter. Our entire focus is AI and machine learning — which means we know the market, the roles, and the talent better than anyone who tries to cover everything.
